1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

All tags must be intact

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at zhengbinjie@crativ-us.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

There are no restocking fees.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please first request a return. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
